These Terms of Service govern your use of laboratoryscitradingco.com and your purchase of products and services from Laboratory Scientific Services and Trading LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business-to-Business Sales

Our products and services are offered to businesses, healthcare organizations, and institutional customers. By ordering, you represent that you are purchasing for business use on behalf of an authorized organization.

2. Products

We sell non-prescription laboratory equipment, instruments, and supplies. We do not sell prescription drugs or controlled substances. Certain products may require the purchaser to hold applicable licenses or institutional status; you are responsible for ensuring your organization may lawfully purchase and use the products you order, and we may request documentation before fulfilling an order.

3. Orders, Quotes, and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude taxes, shipping, and installation unless stated. We may cancel and refund any order placed at an erroneous price.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe) at checkout, or by invoice with payment due as stated on the invoice. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, costs, and estimated lead times are stated in your quote. See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Returns and Refunds

7. Services

Consulting, implementation, and management services are provided under a written scope of work. Unless otherwise agreed, service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

New equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty; we will reasonably assist with warranty claims. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Nothing on this Site is medical, legal, or regulatory advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts with jurisdiction over Sheridan County, Wyoming.
