Refund & Return Policy

Supplies and Consumables

Unopened, unexpired supplies in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Opened consumables, reagents, quality control materials, and sterile products cannot be returned unless defective.

Equipment

Equipment returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging, and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% plus return shipping. Special-order and custom-configured equipment is non-returnable unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

Inspect shipments on arrival and report damage or defects within 5 business days. We will repair, replace, or refund defective or ship-damaged items at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Services

Service fees are refundable in full before work begins. Once work has commenced, fees for work performed are non-refundable; any prepaid, unearned amounts will be refunded.

How to Start a Return

Email sales@laboratoryscitradingco.com with your order number and reason. We issue a return authorization; refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
